We design and deliver training programmes that give practitioners the tools to do better work immediately. No theory for its own sake.
Our programmes combine technical instruction with practical exercises drawn from real project challenges across Kenya and East Africa.
We train engineers, architects, planners, and government officials. Every participant leaves with applicable skills, reference materials, and a network of peers doing similar work.

Construction Project Management
A practical five-day programme covering project planning, procurement, site supervision, quality control, and cost management. Designed for site engineers, project coordinators, and quantity surveyors who want to sharpen their project management skills.

Building Inspection and Certification
A three-day certification course covering building codes, inspection methodologies, documentation, and compliance reporting under Kenyan law. Targeted at county government inspectors and private building surveyors.
